The U.N. committee’s mission is supposed to prevent the spread of nuclear weapons and technology, foster cooperation for peaceful nuclear energy use, and advance the goal of nuclear disarmament. But Iran’s actions, both past and present, make clear the rogue nation has ZERO intention of stopping its own unlawful nuclear weapons program.

Allowing Iran a leadership role in the United Nations’ 2026 Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) committee review process is an absurdity that exposes the United Nations’ profound moral bankruptcy.

The measure doesn’t simply let the fox into the chicken coop, but it also puts the fox IN CHARGE of the coop!

As you may recall, just a few years ago, the U.N. put Iran on its Women’s Rights committee — even though Iran is among the top women’s rights violators in the world. But the U.N. did not care that Iran uses r*pe as a form of torture or stones women to death for exposing a strand of hair.

YOUR TAX DOLLARS are propping up the corrupt and irrational United Nations. The U.S. is the single largest contributor to the ineffective international body, supplying 22% of the U.N.’s regular budget and a quarter of its Peacekeeping budget.

And what do you and I get for our tax dollars? An international organization, headquartered on our own soil, that continuously works to undermine America and our ally Israel — while rewarding terrorists!

ENOUGH ALREADY! Demand Congress pass the Appropriations Act provisions that seek to DEFUND the U.N.!
