Legislation seeks to deliver on Trump’s promises of help and rescue for the Iranian people
The last thing Iranian bodybuilding champion Mehdi (Masoud) Zatparvar did before he headed out to the Iranian protests was to text a former student now living in Canada with an urgent request: Post Mehdi’s words on Instagram to give voice to the freedom-seeking Iranian protesters.
Hours later, Mehdi was shot dead, but his words — and the hope of the Iranian people — live on.
It’s been over seven weeks since President Trump encouraged the Iranian people to take to the streets in protest. Seven weeks since he told them he would protect them, and that “help is on the way.” Since that time, tens of thousands of Iranians who believed Trump have been slaughtered by the ayatollah’s forces.
HR 2614 seeks to make good on Trump’s promises.
Fax Congress NOW and demand they VOTE YES on HR 2614 — the Maximum Support Act.
“I just want my rights,” Mehdi’s post read. “A voice that has been silenced in me for over 40 years must scream.”
“You took away our youth, hopes, dreams,” Mehdi’s post continued. “I am here so that tomorrow I won’t look at myself in the mirror and say that I had no vein, no honour … I will pay anything for it.”
Mehdi paid with his life.
New reports indicate that at least 24,000 other innocent Iranians lost their lives since the protests began on December 28. Most of those deaths occurred in the hours and days after President Trump encouraged Iranians to head to the streets in protest because “help is on the way.” That help never arrived.
Stopping the Iranian regime not only stops the slaughter of innocent people, but it also protects Israel and the United States from these suicidal monsters.
HR 2614 — the Maximum Support Act — can help the Iranian people IF we can get Congress to pass it. Take a stand for the Iranian people and demand Congress VOTE YES on HR 2614!
