Tucker Carlson, who reaches millions, is a leading reason. But he’s not alone.

Before leaving Congress, Marjorie Taylor Greene blasted Israel for “genocide” and voted to cut U.S. aid to the Jewish state. Conservative firebrand Steve Bannon labeled Israel “not an ally” and charged it tried to draw the U.S. into war with Iran. And Candace Owens, the 2024 “Antisemite of the Year,” brands Israel a “demonic state.”

Carlson is even worse. Without facts or evidence, he blamed Israel for having “murdered tens of thousands of children on purpose” over the last two years.

He says he “despises Christian Zionists more than anyone else on earth.” In a combative interview with Sen. Ted Cruz, Carlson pointedly asked: “Is the nation God is referring to in Genesis ... the same as the country run by Benjamin Netanyahu right now?"

WHAT!? It’s an absurd question answered by well-documented history.

Not satisfied with hurling a blood libel at Israel (killing children), Carlson tries to rob the Jewish state of its identity. His insinuation that modern Israel is not biblical Israel invokes replacement theology, which claims the church has displaced Israel.

It’s a dangerous heresy that has fueled Christian antisemitism for centuries For Tucker and friends, Israel is not God’s chosen nation. They see it as no different from every other nation. But Scripture proclaims that Israel is a light to the nations, a blessing to the world, and a nation with a glorious future ahead.

Paul wrote: “Has God rejected his people? By no means! ... God has not rejected his people whom he foreknew” (Romans 11:1-2). “The deliverer will come from Zion; he will turn godlessness away from Jacob” (Romans 11:26). And when God’s chosen people, at long last, embrace their Messiah, Paul states in Romans 11, it will be “riches for the world” and “life from the dead.” That’s what’s ahead for Israel.
