This Will Change College Campuses
American Universities Still a Hotbed of Antisemitism Despite Peace Deal
CIDI’s Covenant Journey program has never been more important.
“[N]othing fundamentally changes at UCLA or colleges in general,” says UCLA doctoral student and anti-Israel protester Dylan Kupsh regarding the recent Middle East peace deal.
Kupsh spent much of last year protesting Israel and participating in the “encampments” that blocked Jewish students and teachers from reaching their classes. Kupsh and other “pro-Palestine” protesters apparently don’t want the conflict to end. Instead, they say, they will keep protesting Israel.
Kupsh’s words, and those of his fellow antisemites, prove the importance of our Covenant Journey (CJ) ministry. In taking Christian college-age students with leadership potential to Israel, we provide an immersive experience for young people to deepen their Christian faith, while also giving them the facts and first-hand information to combat antisemitism among their peers.
Help us fight campus antisemitism by financially supporting our Covenant Journey ministry today with a generous single gift or a recurring monthly gift.
Covenant Journey offers a life-changing experience in the Holy Land for Christian college-age students with leadership potential. Our tour is unlike any other, as it is designed specifically to motivate participants to affirm and deepen their Christian faith and identity through a spiritual and educational experience of biblical, historic, and modern Israel.
Elizabeth L., a CJ alumna, writes:
It greatly increased my belief in and passion for the Bible. Being able to see the real places where legends like David, Elijah, and, of course, Jesus lived brought it to life in a new way. Being in the environment with such a group — likeminded, strong Christian young people — and talking about God, reading the Bible, worshipping every day did wonders for my spirit, after being stagnated for so long at a secular school.
I felt like I learned so much about the character of God from the testimonies of others as well, not just the visiting biblical sites and Bible reading…. I am so passionate now for Israel’s cause in the broader political and global sphere. I loved seeing the young people serving in the IDF, and, while difficult, how that inspires passion for the country…. Be ready to have your life changed! This trip opened my eyes to the truth of the Bible, the power of God, and the historical and spiritual significance of Israel.
I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to learn about God in such a special place with an incredible group of young people, whose passion for God and individual testimonies were just as impactful to me as the places and experiences.
When you give to Christians in Defense of Israel, you are not only helping us to advocate for the world’s only Jewish state in Washington, D.C., and around the world, you are also helping to raise up a new generation of Bible-believing young people who have the firsthand experience to defend our faith, as well as Israel.
Your recurring monthly gift now will send an American college student to Israel to deepen their faith and equip them with the apologetics they need to counter the Jew-haters back home.
Join Christians in Defense of Israel’s recurring gift campaign to support Israel and receive our free gifts!
May God bless you for standing with Israel!
