Recently, I had the honor of meeting with Israeli Ambassador to the United States Yechiel Leiter at the Israeli Embassy in Washington, D.C.
The meeting was both a celebration of the work organizations like ours have done to support Israel, as well as to learn how we can continue to uplift the world’s only Jewish state.
The truth is, even with President Trump in the Oval Office, Israel is still at great risk. Eighteen months after the horrific October 7, 2023, massacre, Hamas continues to hold hostage 59 men and women — including five Americans. And Iran continues its quest to eradicate Israel from the map.

A year ago last month, Iran fired a massive and unprecedented missile and drone attack on Israel. Nearly all were swatted out of the sky and fell harmlessly, thanks to Israel’s almost impenetrable air defense system with U.S. assistance. Afterward, Joe Biden told Netanyahu not to retaliate.
A year later, President Trump is backing Israel to the hilt. And he has put Iran on notice that it must totally dismantle its nuclear weapons program or face the consequences: “bombing . . . the likes of which they have never seen before.”
It’s a new day for Israel and the Middle East. Iran’s “ring of fire” — its Israel-hating proxies surrounding the Jewish state — is largely doused.

Hezbollah’s leadership is decimated, as is much of its rocket arsenal.

Iranian puppet Syrian dictator Bashar Assad is gone, having fled to Russia.

Hamas is severely weakened and no match for Israel.
All this is God’s doing. “The Lord has made bare His holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God” (Isaiah 52:10).
