Bibi Wins... "Peace" Plan Coming

Israelis went to the polls yesterday and in a nail-biter, the nation returned Benjamin Netanyahu to a fifth term as prime minister. His Likud party captured 35 seats in Israel's 120-seat parliament--known as the Knesset--positioning him to easily cobble together a majority right-leaning coalition including other smaller parties who also won seats yesterday.

"This is a night of an incredible, incredible victory," Netanyahu told cheering supporters late yesterday evening in Israel. He called the outcome, as the Times of Israel reported, "an enormous achievement, which is almost unfathomable."

But in a matter of weeks, the Trump administration's Israeli-Palestinian peace plan will be unveiled--and that will bring a serious challenge to Netanyahu and Israel. Here's why...

Alarming reports from multiple news outlets indicate the so-called "deal of the century" will include a new state of "Palestine" with its capital in "East Jerusalem."

Because of these deeply disturbing indicators, I’m calling on friends of Israel like you to sign our "No Deal, Mr. President!" petition. The petition calls on Donald Trump, America's most pro-Israel president ever, not to put forth a plan that divides the holy city.

And now a fresh report from a highly respected Middle East scholar provides additional alarming signs that dividing Jerusalem is exactly what the President’s plan calls for.

That's why I hope you will take the opportunity now--if you haven't already done so--to sign the powerful No Deal, Mr. President! petition.

+ + Scholar: Peace plan creates "Palestine" with capital in Jerusalem!

Daniel Pipes, who leads the Middle East Forum, offered a summary yesterday of what's in the peace plan, based on a "stream of leaks" and "conversations with administration officials." In short, the plan, Pipes contends, "boils down to a grand exchange: The Arab states recognize Israel and Israel recognizes Palestine, both with capital cities in Jerusalem."

That is a recipe for disaster. Not only will it ask Israel to do the impossible--give up its sovereignty over all of Jerusalem--but it also puts our nation and the Trump administration at odds with God Himself!

This so-called peace plan puts Jerusalem--the city of God--on the auction block. It turns the "holy city" (Isaiah 52:1) into a bargaining chip. It divides Jerusalem and brings the enemies of Israel inside the gates.

And that spells chaos. I hate to say this, but the Trump administration is about to cross God's red line for His holy city. The Lord could not be more clear. He is "exceedingly jealous for Jerusalem" (Zech. 1:14). And He promises to "enter into judgment" with those nations who "have divided up my land" (Joel 3:2).

The Trump administration announced it will release its peace plan after the Israeli elections so it could come anytime. That's why I'm asking you--one last time--to join me and thousands of others in calling on President Trump to reconsider and distance himself from any proposal that divides Jerusalem and creates a Palestinian state on land God gave "forever to the descendants of Abraham" (2 Chronicles 20:7).

+ + "Peace partners" who seek Israel's destruction...

It's utterly unthinkable for Israel to forge a "peace" pact with Palestinian leaders who want to destroy the Jewish state and take Jerusalem.

  • PLO Chairman and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas celebrates terror against Israelis. He declared on official Palestinian Authority TV, "We bless every drop of blood that has been spilled for Jerusalem, which is clean and pure blood, blood spilled for Allah."
  • The PLO charter calls for Israel's destruction. It proclaims the "national duty to repulse the Zionist, imperialist invasion from the great Arab homeland and to purge the Zionist presence from Palestine."
  • Abbas is also chairman of Fatah, the dominant faction within the PLO. Fatah posted on its official Facebook page in January: "Jerusalem is ours--Not East [Jerusalem] and not West [Jerusalem]... #Jerusalem_the_eternal_capital_of_Palestine."

In other words, Palestinian leaders won't be content with a capital in “East Jerusalem.” They want it all. And that's why it's so critical that you and I raise our voices in opposition to any proposal which divides Jerusalem and creates a Palestinian state.

Again, if you haven't already signed the "No Deal, Mr. President!" petition, please do so now!

As you do, please consider a gift to help us fight for Israel. Your support is crucial to our work to bless and defend Israel.
